These Terms and Conditions apply to every use of easy-peptides.com and every order placed with Easy Peptides (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. You agree not to use, resell or promote any product for human consumption. Please also read our Disclaimer.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure that buying, importing, owning and using our products is legal where you live. We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe it breaks these terms or local law.

4. Products and kits

Every product is sold as a kit of 10 vials of the size you choose. Product images are for illustration. Labels and packaging may vary slightly by batch.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. Payment options are shown at checkout.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund any payment if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we cannot verify the order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. See Shipping & Delivery.

8. Refunds and returns

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund & Returns policy.

9. Information on the website

Product information summarises published research for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a claim about any result. We try to keep it accurate, but research changes and we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by misuse of a product.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and the Easy Peptides name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.

12. Privacy

We only use your personal details to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
